SHIPPING POLICY
We ship every Wednesday. Any orders made after 12:00pm on Wednesday will be delivered till the following week.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
*No refunds if mailing address is entered incorrectly. Shipping charge will not be refunded for return items due to incorrect mailing address.
Once package is marked as "Delivered" we are not responsible for stolen packages. Once you receive a tracking number please check updates to have someone present during delivery time.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pikita.net
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are non-refundable if items are not defective or damaged.
